Always do your best to load and unload curbside. Try to never make your clients walk across a street to get to their destination or to get in the limo. It is not mandatory to load or unload in front of the main entrance when they are boarding or onboarding, however, it is the most professional. They are paying us for curbside pick-ups and drop offs. This is why you should use Google Earth and map out your job the night before. Plan your routes in accordance to which side of the street your destination venue is.
