Driver Qualification File
A Driver Qualification File is a personnel file required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for drivers who operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce. It is designed to prove that each driver is qualified, licensed, medically fit, and legally permitted to operate the vehicle.

Vehicle Bulletin Reports (VBR)
Exotic Limousines have a complex infastructure. You will need to know how to control all lighting, all audio, all video, check for specific safety equipment and know the inside and out of your limousine. Sometimes we install certain buttons or switches. All of these things are in our Vehicle Bulletin Reports (VBR). Save this link in your phones Internet Explorer favorites. If there is anything of importance for your vehicle, it will be in it's VBR.

FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
The Clearinghouse is a secure online database that gives employers, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), State Driver Licensing Agencies (SDLAs), and State law enforcement personnel real-time information about commercial driver’s license (CDL) and commercial learner’s permit (CLP) holders’ drug and alcohol program violations.
Drivers Time Record Form
Driver must report the total time ON DUTY in the last 7 days in accordance to the rules and regulations of the FMCSAR CFR 49 Part 395.
1. Max Driving on a Shift: 10 Hours
2. Max Time Allowed on Duty: 15 Hours
3. Max Total Hours On Duty in 7 Days: 60 Hours
4. Max Total Hours On Duty in 8 Days: 70 Hours
5. Farthest Distance Allowed: 100 Air Miles
6. Minimum Off Duty Hours Before Coming to Work: 8
Out of Service Sign
All drivers must download and print this sign and keep it on hand. Anytime you feel a vehicle is not safe to operate and needs to come off the road, this sign must be put on teh front dash and the office must be contacted immediately.
