YOUR PROGRESS

If you have reached this point then you have:

1. Passed your Certification of Road Test. 

2. Completed your Lot Training.

3. Completed your Chauffeur Orientation. 

4. Your Driver Qualification File is almost complete

5. You have signed off on our Chauffeur Manual.

WHAT'S NEXT - WATCH & LEARN

It is now time for us to take your out on a job with clients. On your first trip you will sit in the passenger seat up front in the drivers compartment.

WHAT'S NEXT - YOU DRIVE

Once you have been taught the basics, you can then chauffeur while another driver is in the passenger seat. 

FAIL

If at any time, the safety manager thinks that the applicant is not qualified to safely transport passengers, he/she will be given an AUTO FAIL and the training is immediately over.

PASS

If the driver passes his On the Job Trainging, he will be officially hired and given jobs for 60 days.

DURING THE NEXT 60 DAYS

Once you pass Driver Training you will need to pass your 60 Days of Driver Evaluations. During this time you will evaluated on the following areas:

THE BASICS

2. Text Communication
3. Availability
4. Communication
5. Thoroughness
6. Attitude
7. Customer Service Skills
8. Being a Team Player

PRE TRP

1. Time Management
2. Pre-Trip Safety Inspections
3. Pre- Trip Damage Inspections
4. Knowledge of Vehicle Operation

DURING TRIP

1. Greeting Client, Itinerary Review
2. Overall Communication
3. Maintening Vehicle Cleanliness
4. Overall Professionalism

POST TRIP

1. Overtime Receipt
2. Pre Departure Inspection
3. Returning Vehicle Clean

DRIVING PERFORMANCE

1. Safe Driving
2. Braking/ Acceleration
3. Lane Changing
4. Proper Distance
5. Mapping
6. Road Sign Awareness
7. Crowd Control
8. Attention to Detail
9. Ability to Follow Directions & Orders

COMPLETION

Once you make it to your 60th day, you will then be evaluated annually to make sure that you are always mainting on high standards of excellence,
