An active copy of your driver license

A current report from your local DMV within 30 days

A Criminal Background Check from your locla or state police within 30 days

An Employment Application within 30 days of training

3 Letters of anyone who would vouch for your character, driving skills, employment or good will.

This is an IRS form that allows us to pay you and withold taxes

This form is need to fund your Bank Account your payroll

This is the second form of identification we need to legally empoy you as a legal citizen

A Medical Card is required to transport any vehicle with 8 passengers or more according to the FMCSAR.

This form is your consent to maintain our high standards of excellence

All chauffeurs must take the course THE ART OF CHAUFFEURING. Upon completion, all applicants will be tested. Those who pass will be certified as a CELEBRITY CHAUFFEUR.

All drivers will be evaluated for the first 60 days of training. These forms may be saved on file.

As required by the FMCSA all drivers must be given an Annual Review. At this time all moving violations and DMV Reports must be updated and kept on file with an Annual Evaluation from the employer.
