Damage Fee Consent

PART 1: COMPANY DISCLOSURE

A. THE #1 REASON A DRIVER GETS FIRED

FAILURE TO ALWAYS MAINTAIN CONTROL OF VEHICLE

The #1 reason a driver gets fired is for “Failure to always maintain control of his vehicle”. I wish I didn’t have to say it like this, but I’m going to say it anyways. “You are not being hired to drive farm animals. You are being hired to SAFELY transport humans. - Moms, dads, children, grandmothers, peoples loved ones. If you are driving a limousine or a bus for a living, and you are hitting things and side-swiping things, you clearly need to find a new career. Driving is NOT FOR YOU. If you return a vehicle with damage on it, and it was not reported before you departed our lot, then you will be held responsible for the damage. If the damage needs to go through our insurance, then you will be held responsible for the insurance deductible, just like you are on your own car. If you do not like this rule, please do not sign this form and seek employment elsewhere.

B. DO ALL DRIVERS GET FIRED WHEN DAMAGING A VEHCILE

If the damage was a lot, the driver will probably be fired. If the damage was little and the driver accepts responsibility, then we may continue the employment. If drugs/alcohol or any other illegal thing was involved than 100%, the employment will be terminated. Our tolerance for new damage is not a zero. But it is extremely low. People lives are at stake and if we feel at any point, you do not possess the skills to transport passengers safely every time you are behind the wheel, then your employment will be immediately terminated.

C. PRE-TRIP DAMAGE INSPECTIONS PROTECT YOU

The purpose for a Pre-Trip Damage Inspection is to protect you in case a previous driver caused damage to your vehicle and returned it without reporting it. Always walk around your vehicle before departure and look for new damage. To report new damage our process is easy.

REPORTING DAMAGE

1. Take a photo

2. Send it in to Brandon at 401.4487.3964

3. Make sure it is sent "before" you move the vehicle, otherwise it will look like you just did it.

All vehicles have tracking devices in them, so if you report the new damage before you take off, we can see on the GPS Tracking Device that the new damage is 100% not your fault.

D. INSURANCE COVERAGE

All our vehicle have the state minimum of 1.5-5 million dollars in insurance, depending on the size of the vehicle. All drivers are covered under our insurance policy.

E. IN CONCLUSION

You are being hired in a SAFELY drive premium quality limousines, not plumbing trucks. Nobody wants a limo that is all beat up. At the time of writing this, I am 52 years old and I have not hit a single thing in any car since 1992. That’s 34 years. And I have driven large buses and motor coaches all over NY and Boston for decades in the rain and snow. We are looking for SAFE drivers. We are looking for men and woman who do not say they are safe drivers. Their record shows they are safe drivers.

PART 2: DRIVER acknowledgement

A. I understand that I am being hired to safely driver commercial vehicles.

B. I understand that my highest priority is SAFETY.

C. I understand if, at anytime, I am found in failure to maintain control of my vehicle, my employment may be terminated immediatly.

D. I understand that sometimes errors happen. I understand that if I accidently cause new damage to my vehicle, I will be responsible for the insurance deuctable.

E. If I cannot pay it right away, partial payments will be deducted off my weekly payroll, unless my emoloyment is terminated.
