By entering my name below, I understand that is my digital signature and this document is legal and binding in the commonwealth of Massachusetts. I hereby warrant that I understand that this CDL Ryder disallows me to drive any vehicle with BUS plates for Entourage Livery, Inc and/or Celebrity Coaches Inc. I understand that as of my hire date, I am being hired to transport passengers in NON CDL REQUIRED vehicles with seating capacity of 15 or less. I understand that when the time comes and I am needed to transport more than 15 people, I will be subject to all FMCSAR Driving Rules and Regulations.
